Complete Your Application

  • Submit the online application form and pay the application fee upon submission.

Fulfill U.S. Government Requirements

  1. Notify your designated school official (DSO) of your intent to apply for OPT. Your DSO will confirm your eligibility, update your Form I-20, and submit your request to USCIS. 
  2. File Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) with USCIS.
  3. Receive Form I-797 (Notice of Receipt) as confirmation.
  4. Await USCIS approval and issuance of your Employment Authorization Document (EAD).

Preliminary Interview

  • Participate in a preliminary interview with a Stanley Prep associate to confirm program eligibility. Feedback will be provided to enhance your application and highlight your strengths.

Acceptance and Payment

  • Upon program acceptance, you’ll receive a welcome packet and an invoice for the first installment. Submit the payment to proceed.

Matching Process Initiated

  • Once your payment is received, Stanley Prep begins the matching process.

Profile Review by Host Organizations

  • Host organizations will review your profile and resume to determine alignment with their requirements.
  • If shortlisted, Stanley Prep will arrange an interview between you and the host organization.

Interviews and Matchmaking

  • If the first interview is unsuccessful, Stanley Prep will arrange a second matching opportunity with another host organization.
  • If the second attempt also fails, Stanley Prep will directly assign you to a suitable host organization to ensure your placement.

Offer and Placement

  • Successful interviews lead to an offer from a company that aligns with your career goals.

Start Date

  • Begin your OPT program and embark on a professional journey tailored to your career aspirations.
