A site visit may be required to verify that your organization meets the U.S. Department of State’s basic hosting requirements. This step is mandatory for organizations that:
Employ fewer than 25 staff at the program site.
Generate less than $3 million in annual revenue.
Site visits must be completed before issuing the DS-2019 form and typically last about an hour. The requirement for a visit will be determined after we receive your completed application.
