Organizations that have not hosted a successful program* with Stanley Prep within the past three years must undergo the onboarding process, including any required site visits.
During the visit, you will need to:
Provide a copy of your workers’ compensation policy.
Offer a brief tour of the workspace designated for the intern or trainee.
Answer any questions related to the Training/Internship Placement Plan.
Academic and government institutions are generally exempt from site visit requirements.
*A "successful program" is defined by the U.S. Department of State as one in which participants complete and submit all required evaluations. For programs shorter than six months, only a final evaluation is required. Programs longer than six months require both midterm and final evaluations.
