As part of onboarding for new host organizations, the following steps are required:
Review Eligibility Requirements:
- Confirm that your organization meets our Host Organization Eligibility criteria to qualify as a host organization. Host Organizations will be notified what programs they are eligible for as different eligibility requirements apply to different programs.
Submit the Host Organization Application Form:
- Provide detailed information about your organization and proposed job details. This is essential for evaluating eligibility and is required for all program applications.
Participate in an Orientation:
- Attend a brief video orientation with a Stanley Prep representative to understand the J-1 program requirements and guidelines. Applications cannot be processed until the orientation is complete and the participant (intern or trainee) application is submitted.
Pay the New Host Organization Fee:
- If your organization is new to our programs, a one-time fee will apply. Please refer to the “Cost and Fees” section for more details.
