- Application documents are reviewed and submitted to the host organization
- Please allow 1 month for document processing after placement is confirmed
- Some cases may take additional documents or processing time to complete DS-2019 forms.
Receive completed DS-2019 forms and invitation letters from the visa sponsor
Your package will contain the following documents:
- Acceptance letter from the host organization
- Invitation letter from the visa sponsor
- Notice to U.S. Consulate
- DS-2019 form(s) for you and your dependent(s)
Your agent will be sent an email containing the following:
- Tracking number of your document package
- SEVIS number(s) for you and your dependent(s)
