- Application documents are reviewed and processed
- Please allow 2 months for document processing after placement is confirmed
- Sometime a host hospital may request additional documents or processing time to complete DS-2019 forms.
Receive completed DS-2019 forms and invitation letters from the host hospital
Your package will contain the following documents:
- Acceptance letter from the host hospital
- Invitation letter from the hospital
- Notice to U.S. Consulate
- DS-2019 form(s) for you and your dependent(s)
Your agent will be sent an email containing the following:
- Tracking number of your document package
- Your hospital program number
- SEVIS number(s) for you and your dependent(s)
