Visa documents (DS-2019) processing begins
- Application documents are reviewed and processed
- Please allow 2 months for document processing after placement is confirmed
- Sometime a host university may request additional documents or take more processing time to complete DS-2019 forms.
Receive completed DS-2019 forms and invitation letters from the host university
Your package will contain the following documents:
- Acceptance letter from the university
- Invitation letter from the university
- Notice to U.S. Consulate
- DS-2019 form(s) for you and your dependent(s)
Your agent will be sent an email containing the following:
- The tracking number of your document package
- Your university program number
- SEVIS number(s) for you and your dependent(s)
