Conduct a video interview to demonstrate English proficiency

Receive a Pre-acceptance letter, agreement forms and a program fee invoice

Submit signed agreement forms, consent & waiver forms, and a payment receipt for program fee

Submit all other required documents

Submitted documents are proofread prior to submission to host university

Faculty matching process begins

Participate in a second interview, if necessary

Faculty match is confirmed

  • If placement is unsuccessful, the program fee will be refunded according to our refund policy.

Visa Documents are issued
